Yes the Torklift SuperHitch Magnum # TL74FR does fit your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 with a factory installed hitch. This hitch has a maximum tongue weight rating of 2,500lbs, and has a maximum GTW of 20,000lbs.
If you're interested in a heavier duty ball mount, I recommend the BulletProof Hitches Adjustable Ball Mount # ED204. This ball mount provides plenty of capacity, rating up to 30,000lbs when used with the 2-5/16" ball, and 12,000ls when used with the 2" ball.
