For cable chains that fit the 275/55R20 tires on your 2017 Ford F-150 I recommend using the Titan Chain Diagonal Alloy Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC751DC. These will have the same level of difficulty as the other cables but they have the ladder pattern so your ride quality will be about as even as it can.
Please note that cables don't do very much when it comes to traction as they are essentially just a way to stay legal when chains are required. If you'd like to upgrade to actual chains then you can use the Titan Chain # TC2327 for a cost-effective option or the Konig K-Summit XXL # KON84FR for a premium option that has the best tire clearance since the chains only sit on the tire tread.
Be sure to check your owner's manual for any specifics when it comes to installing/using chains.
