This hitch is made in the USA, has a bolt-on, no-drill installation and will provide you with a 2" receiver opening which is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories such as bike racks and cargo carriers.
If you plan to use this hitch to tow a trailer, you will have to add the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring # 391CONVD5 because the hitch receiver included with the # SH46FR is not rated for towing.
