Need parts 8 pcs. 3/8 x 16 x 1-1/2 Flat set screws For thule xsporter 1pc rail lock screws I cant find it .. I hope you can help me.. thanks

The 8 pcs 3/8" x 16 x 1-1/2" flat set screws are part of the Replacement Fastener Kit # TH752-1391-001. That is the only way that these are available currently.
I was a little unclear on the 1 pc rail lock screws but I believe you are looking for the 3/8" x 16 x 3" button head cap screws that fit into the Bed Rail Clamp # 8523159001. Those screws are also included in the Fastener Kit. If you meant a different part please let me know so I can ensure that you get what you need.
