can i use my 11411 on my long bed truck as a sidewinder or stationary with the bolts installed.

As long as you're not planning on using a Curt Q series hitch, PullRite SuperGlide hitch, Reese Trail Boss, B&W Companion hitches that mount in the Turnoverball gooseneck hole, Colibert 208BW hitch, Hi-Rise gooseneck-to-fifth-wheel adapter by Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Bulldog and Reese, or any other gooseneck-to-fifth-wheel adapter.
