will the ruber spring system work with a 6 inche lift on my truck

You could install the Timbren springs # TFRTT350F on a truck with a lift but they will not be effective because of the extra 6 inches of space. What I recommend are some SuperSprings, # SSA16, which fit around the leaf spring stack so the lift should not be a factor. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
