Question:

I see this Custom Fit Class III hitch may be available for my 2022 Hyundai Kona, but the two questions in the Q and A refer to other vehicles. I want to order this, but want to confirm this will fit my Kona. I understand the Class III hitch does not match the towing capacity of my auto, but the convenience of having a class III hitch to match my existing bike racks is worth it. Thanks for your assistance!

The only avavailbe trailer hitch options for a 2022 Hyundai Kona are class I, of which I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11529 which offers a bolt on fit with 1-1/4" opening. If you have 2" accessories you'll have no other option but to use an adapter, the Brophy Hitch Adapter part # HT5R or part # HTAD. That said, these do reduce capacity by 50% so it's best to stick with 1-1/4" bike racks on this vehicle.
