Question:

Will the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack allow me to still use the moonroof on my 2022 Lexus RX 450h? I have the flush rails going front to back.

With the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711320, Evo Flush Rail Feet # TH710601 and Fit Kit # TH186044 on your 2022 Lexus RX 450h you will have about 2-3/4" clearance between the roof and crossbars. You will need to measure your moonroof to determine if that is enough clearance.

I never recommend using the moonroof with any crossbars on the roof as there is always a chance of having an accessory that clamps around the bars and reducing the clearance. With being creatures of habit if you are used to opening the moonroof you may inadvertently open it and damage the roof.

I recommend using the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450800 to secure the crossbars to your roof rails. This kit contains 8 lock cylinders that you can use with other Thule accessories that are compatible with One-Key.
