Setting up a new Toad and I have a Blue Ox BX7380 6500 LB capacity. Is this sufficient to tow a 2012 Jeep Liberty?

- Blue Ox 7' Safety Cables - 7,500 lbs # BX88196 (if you do not have the original ones that came with the Alpha 2)
