Question:

I already have the #DT33MR hitch that I purchased from you etrailer a few months ago but now need a wiring harness. There's two options for my Buick Encore GX and I don't know which one to pick?

The difference between the two options for your 2022 Buick Encore GX is that the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C37UR is for models with LED lights while the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 is for models without LED lights. You'll just need to choose the correct wiring harness based on the type of tail lights you have, LED or Incandescent.

I've attached the installation instructions for both of these harnesses as well as a video of # C59236, where Ryan will walk you through installation.

I also recommend securing the 4-pole connector to your trailer hitch with parts # 18144 and # 18140 to prevent it from flapping around or dragging on the ground.

For a great starter ball mount kit I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500lbs # 989900. It has a 1-7/8" hitch and 2" hitch ball to allow you to tow multiple trailers. It has a 1" or 3" rise and a 2" or 4" drop to keep your trailer level while towing.
