I already have the Roadmaster Sterling tow bars but I need the base plate and wiring to connect to my 2021 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. Can you help me find the parts I need?

For your 2022 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 to be towed with your Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-576 I recommend the Roadmaster Base Plate Kit # RM78VR. This will allow you to quick connect the bars to the baseplate rather than connecting with a cross bar.

The Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit # RM-152-1676-7 will provide you with the wiring and connectors for you to wire in your tail lights on your Colorado to use when towing so that you will not have to use magnetic lights.

Your Colorado will require that the battery be disconnected when flat towing. As long as you do not have a diesel or dual batteries you can use the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766. This will let you easily push a button from the cab to disconnect the battery rather than having to manually disconnect the battery before towing and reconnect the battery after towing.

If you do not already have a braking system that you plan on using in the Colorado I recommend the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system is portable so you can share it with other vehicles you may flat tow. It has a wireless remote that allows you to monitor the braking and make adjustments from inside the cab of your motorhome while towing.
