Can Furrion Tankless Water Heater be Used in Freezing Temperatures

If one is going to be in below freezing weather for several weeks, what is the protocol to keep the water heater from freezing?

The Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater part # FR68SR will work in an ambient temperature down to 32 degrees Fahrenheit. If you will be experiencing freezing temperatures long term then it is recommend to winterize the unit which is outlined in the attached install instruction manual link. If the temperature just drops to below freezing overnight though this would not damage the unit.
