Question:
I am interested in the roadmaster direct connect base plate kit with removable arms for my 2009 ford explorer sport trac. I have a Blue Ox tow bar on my motorhome. Is there a Blue ox tow bar adaptor to the roadmaster baseplate?

You will be able to use the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 4405-3 on your 2009 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Do note that this baseplate will not work on the Adrenalin trim.
To adapt your Blue Ox tow bars you will need the Roadmaster Adapter Kit # RO64FR to replace the ends on your tow bars so they fit the Roadmaster base plate.
You may need an adapter like the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter # RM-048-4 to level your tow bars. The tow bars should not vary by more than 3" in vertical distance from the motorhome to the Explorer. This particular adapter will raise or lower the tow bars by 4" if needed. The Roadmaster baseplate was measured to sit at 15" from the ground to the center of the mounts when measured on a similar Explorer with 245/65R17 tires. You will need to measure the height of your receiver to determine if an adapter is needed.
