When upgrading your propane tanks to a 100 lb. tank the only thing that should need to be changed on a typical propane set up is the supply hose that goes from the propane tank to your regulator. You would need a hose like the MB Sturgis Hose Assembly # 100202 which would connect your tank to the regulator and then from the regulator you should have a hose going to the the RV that distributes the propane out to your heater, stove and water heater. If you have an auto change over regulator you will want the Propane Hose # 37207-30685 because the auto change over valves typically have a FIF fitting.
If you do not have a typical propane set-up or I have misunderstood the situation and what you are needing then please reach back out and I can help further. If you have any pictures of your propane set-up that will be helpful as well.
