Yes, the Edge Gas Evolution CTS3 Performance Tuner part # EP39YR will work on a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado with Active Fuel Management (AFM). It will also allow you to disable the AFM if you choose to do so in addition to offering boosts in performance.
