Question:
Hi Is it possible to have ski racks mounted on the top and bottom level? I would like to carry more than 5 pairs so skis si would need two of the racks. Thanks.

Yes! I confirmed with Yakima that the Yakima SnowBank # Y57VR will work on both shelves (at the same time) of the Yakima Exo System Swing Away Hitch Extender - 2" Hitches # Y82VR. However, the skis that are loaded on the bottom shelf might become dirty from snow/debris during transport.
If you want more protection against the snow/debris, you can always install mud flaps or use the top shelf only of the Exo system with the Snowbank. For the other skis, you can use a roof-mounted carrier like the Thule SnowPack # TH7326B. The SnowPack allows you to attach up to 6 pairs of skis or 4 boards onto the carrier. It also comes with locks included for theft-deterrence.
In order to install the LiftOp, you will need a crossbar system on your roof. Please respond to this answer with the year/make/model of your vehicle and I will be happy to recommend the roof rack and mud flaps that work best with your vehicle.
