Is it proven that this bike carrier will accommodate a 2007 Cooper Mini S hardtop with rear spoiler? 2 bike carrier

Yes, I confirmed with Yakima that the HangOut 2 # Y02637 will fit with your factory spoiler on your 2007 Mini Cooper S 3-door hard top. As far as the fitment, the upper hooks of the HangOut 2 have to be installed in "anchor mode." Not only does this installation method give you the best fit on your vehicle, it also provides a passive theft-deterrence measure to help prevent theft of the rack. I went ahead and attached a picture from the instructions that shows this easy process.

If you want theft-deterrence measures that protect your bikes in addition to the rack, I recommend the cable lock # Y07233 and the same-key lock cable core # Y07202.
