I like the shape of the sweetroll saddles, but I dont need the roller feature. Is it possible to get two sets of front saddles instead of one set of fronts and one set of backs?

The most similar saddle-style kayak rack that Yakima offers to the SweetRoll part # Y04074 that you referenced that does not have rear rollers would be the Yakima DeckHand part # Y04083-2 which has two sets of felt-lined saddles. They are slightly different than the front saddles of the SweetRoll but pretty similar.
