I need a recommendation for a roof rack for my 2015 subaru outback that will allow me to mount two sets of Malone seawings.

If you have the flush mounted rails that run front to back on your 2015 Subaru Outback, then I recommend the following roof rack:

If you have the raised side rails, then I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex StealthBar Roof Rack # JA7975.
Both of these options are rated for up to 165 lbs and will work well with the Malone SeaWing Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG107MD. You may also want to consider the Stinger Load Assist for Malone SeaWing Kayak Carrier # MPG350 for easier loading onto your SeaWing Carrier.
