I need help finding the right set up for my 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD extended cab half back seat 4x4 it has the stock class 5 hitch. I need a 36 inch hitch extension to pull my horse trailer 7500lbs with my slide in truck bed camper

For towing a trailer that heavy and needing a hitch extender that long you would have to use the Torklift hitch extender part # TLE1536 that you referenced. To use this extender you would also need to install a Torklift hitch like the part # TLC1208 for if you have a long bed truck or part # TLC1209 for if you have a short bed truck. There isn't a similar length extender with the needed weight capacity that would work directly with your Class IV hitch.
