Question:

I have a standard single axle boat trailer with a brown wire going down both sides along with blinker wires. I’d like to add some yellow side lights. Is there a 3way waterproof connector I can use to splice the side lights into the brown wire?

In order to splice into the wire and add yellow side marker lights like the # MCL13A2B I recommend using the Self-Stripping Connector with Waterproof Sealant # SWC501746-1. This is designed to make a quick connection without cutting or stripping, and uses a waterproof sealant to help prevent corrosion. It is designed for marine use. I would also recommend wrapping the connection in electrical tape for extra protection.
