I went ahead and reached out to my contact at Rhino-Rack, and she confirmed that the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Legs - Gutter Mount - 5-15/16" Tall # RL150S13-3 will technically attach to a Rhino-Rack Pioneer platform. However, Pioneer Platforms are customized to fit certain roof dimensions, and I cannot recommend which platform you will need for your vehicle. I went ahead and researched different options for mounting a platform on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a 4-door hard top. The correct platform that is an engineered fit for your vehicle is the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Roof Tray - Aluminum - 72" Long x 56" Wide # RR52TB. The way that Rhino-Rack recommends mounting this platform confirmed with the Rhino-Rack Backbone Roof Rack Mounting System # RRRJLB1. To complete this setup, you will need the RCL Legs for Rhino-Rack Crossbars and Pioneer Platforms # RRRCL6. This setup requires drilling, and this is the only way to definitely confirm that the platform will install on your roof. When it comes to the gutter mounts that you mentioned # RL150S13-3, these will technically attach to the bottom of the platform, but it is not recommended for the sole fact that you will only have a about a 50-pound weight capacity on your roof if you use it with the # RR52TB. This is because of the restrictive weight capacity of the gutter-mounted legs. In order to avoid drilling, I recommend the a cargo basket like the Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 75" Long x 49" Wide # Y07139-09 or the 53" Long x 49" Wide # Y07139. With the basket, you will need the following crossbar setup for your hard-top roof: - Yakima CoreBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 50" Long # Y00421 - SkyLine Towers # Y53TR - Landing Pad 6 # Y00226 - Yakima Same-Key Lock Cores # Y07204 With this crossbar system, you will be able to hold the OffGrid with cargo up to 165 pounds. As with all roof rack systems, I recommend confirming with your owner's manual to make sure your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited can hold that much weight on the roof. The Landing Pad 6 installs right into the fixed mounting points on your roof without drilling. If you need straps to hold your cargo in place, I recommend the etrailer Cam Buckle Straps # E98876-4.
