The correct Sealand replacements parts are going to be the Replacement Toilet Bowl Seal Kit for Dometic Sealand # DOM35FR if you have the overflow hole in the toilet bowl or the Replacement Toilet Bowl Seal Kit # DOM53FR if you do not have the overflow hole. Both of these come with the flush ball seal and bowl seal.
The Replacement Water Valve for Dometic Sealand # DOM55FR is the pedal valve for the Sealand.
