Can I use this on the front spring to compensate for weight of a full bumper replacement?

I have a solution for you but no the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F4185 is for the rear coil springs of your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic and would not fit in the front. I recommend the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System item # TDF15004B. These have a 4,000 lbs capacity and are popular for use with snow plows. They will help to stabilize and level your Ram 1500 Classic with your aftermarket full bumper replacement.
