I have a maxxfan serial number 2010-10-5100-0027 the manual open-closing is not working it seem to have stripped Thanks

To replace the manual lift operator on your MaxxFan Delux 5100 series, you will need the # MA10-20281K-3CF. This will be a direct replacement and will get you back up and running in no time.

I will also mention that sometimes the actual lift arm can also get stripped out, so you may also need the # MA10-20222KS, which is also a direct replacement. This is less likely to be an issue, but it never hurts to plan for the worst and hope for the best.
