The 224CZ item number you sent me only comes back with a style of bellow and not the actual model number. That being said there are two compatible Firestone Ride-Rite options for your 2021 Ram 3500 Dually. Unfortunately we do not carry all the necessary components for you to install the air springs on your vehicle. Not to mention the cost of piecing together the brackets separately would well exceed a brand new system, which would also come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Because of this I recommend installing a new system like the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2615 or Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F2710 depending on the capacity needed.
