What parts are needed to tow a small trailer with my 2022 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport? I need the hitch, trailer wiring harness, drawbar and trailer ball. Thank you

For starters, the Curt # C93CR Class III hitch you'd looked at would work perfectly.
For a trailer wiring harness, I'd recommend the Tekonsha # TK89FR trailer wiring harness. For a ball mount, use part # 40346 along with a # PC3 hitch pin. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
