In order to confirm fit of the B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System part # BWMC2301 on older bikes you can use the handy guide B&W has created which I have attached below. Unfortunately, testing isn't really avavailbe for these older bikes so you'll have to do a bit of work yourself but using the guide will help you become more informed on the bar and how it works.
