The Curt Trailer Hitch # C13417 and the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e63ZR are both confirmed fits for your 2021 Ford Ranger and work well for you. The only significant difference is the finishes on the two hitches. The Curt hitch # C13417 has the traditional glossy black finish and the etrailer hitch # e63ZR has the new matte black finish. This will just be a matter of which you prefer.
If you are planning on towing with your hitch, I recommend a ball mount/ball like the ones included in the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45534. Since a 4-way comes standard on your 2021 Ford Ranger, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 22124 if you want to add a potential brake controller like the Curt Echo # C51180 to your trailer.
As with all towing/hitches, it is important that you confirm with your vehicle's owner's manual that your Ranger can tow as much weight as you want to tow.
