For your 2021 Toyota Tundra 5-1/2' bed with deck rail system I recommend the Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 500lbs # A4001665. This ladder rack will mount in the stake pockets of your bedrails which will allow you to also use an inside of the bedrails style tonneau cover. It has a carrying capacity of 500lbs (250lbs per bar) and the crossbars are 66" long x 1-1/2" wide. The utility rails have mounting channels for additional accessories like the # A4000882 tie-down kit that lets you quickly and easily secure your cargo and sliding, adjustable load stops # A4000880 to help contain your load and prevent it from shifting.
