what regulator should i use to connect dyna glo 30000 btu blue flame heater to a 100lb lp tank

A dual stage regulator like the Camco part # CAM59333 that you referenced would do a great job giving you consistent pressure for your heater. This is rated for 160k btu and you'd only need 30k.
