We definitely have a couple options available for your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 High Country with 275/50R22 tires, but always check your owner's manual for use with tire chains. There are some vehicles that do not permit their use, so I do recommend double checking. I will also say that this is a fairly uncommon tire size so our options are limited to two, but the two we have are ever so nice.
With that said, the first set we have is the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # KON24FR. These have a patented self-centering and self-tensioning system for fast and easy installation. The unique design of how the chains sit on the tire means that there is always chain on the ground, so the traction is hard to beat with these. These are extremely nice and easy to use, but they are definitely expensive.
For your tire size, we do also have the Konig Snow Tire Chains - XD16 Pro # KON44FR. These have a more traditional diamond style lay out, but will still offer very very good traction. These are also not self tensioning, so they are a bit more work to get attached. They do have a preinstalled rubber adjusted so no other parts are needed. These have the same 5 year warranty and high quality manganese nickel alloy steel chains as the # KON24FR, so it isn't like you are getting something that wont last. But at almost half the price, you can't do much better. If you're ok with a little more effort to get them attached, this is the way I would go if I needed chains on my Silverado.
As with any and all chains or cables I recommend, I always suggest test fitting them at least once in a warm and dry environment. Installing chains and cables can be a pain in the butt if you have never done it before, and this is amplified when it's cold and wet. Familiarity with the product makes for a much less stressful experience.
