Recommendation for Mounting Pioneer Rack to 2022 Kia Telluride with Naked Roof

Question:

2022 Kia Telluride naked roof Looking for rails to eventually mount a pioneer rack too. Would like a full length rail system. Which rails will provide what I’m looking for?

To add a roof rack to your 2022 Kia Telluride you'll need to use a Yakima system as that is the only type of roof rack that we currently (November 2021) know will fit. The JetStream crossbars will give you the most flexibility so you'll need the following:

60" JetStream Crossbars - Black # Y00426
BaseLine Towers - # Y28TR
BaseClips - # Y06125 and # Y06165

This setup is custom fit so you won't have to modify anything on your new vehicle and it will allow you to use the Universal Pioneer Platform Rack # RR42114BF.

If you're wanting to permanently install rails on the roof of your Telluride then you'll want to go with the Rhino-Rack RT-Style tracks which come in a variety of lengths, like 50" # RRRTV128 or 66" # RRRTV168 for example, so you'll want to choose one that best fits your roof. None of these track systems have been confirmed to fit from Rhino-Rack though so you'd be on your own when it comes to the installation.

I recommend using the Yakima roof rack system just because it has been designed for your vehicle so you won't be modifying anything.
