Can I use the grill/griddle with the small 1 pound propane cylinders? What kind of hose do I need to make that happen?

The Greystone Countertop Side by Side RV Griddle and Grill - Outdoor - 10,000 Btu - 25" Wide # WAY94FR is not internally regulated. So it inherently can not use a 1 pound or throw away tank.
However you can use the Propane Quick-Disconnect Hose w/ Regulator - Type 1 - 6' # 37207-31275 with the Camco Propane Adapter - Female P.O.L./Male ACME x 1"-20 Throwaway Cylinder # CAM59213 to get the desired effect.
