How to Determine Steps For Motorhome With 18 Inch Entry Height
Updated 11/30/2021 | Published 11/26/2021 >
Question:
I have a 2004 Gulf Stream Sun voyager Model 8336. I need the steps replaced. I would like to have a plug and play set. Platinum would be great but I will take what fits. It sits on a W22 Workhorse Chassis and has a 8.1 Chevy motor in it. It has two steps. The distance I measured from top to bottom is 18 and the steps are 24 wide. Thank you for your help.

While I couldn't reference that model number, we do have an option for motorhome steps that have an 18 inch entry height, but you'll need the mounting bracket width as well. The only option for steps of that height are the Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly - Single - 39 Series # LC3724742.
The # LC3724742 are 23-7/8" wide x 10-1/4" deep and require a mounting space that is at least 25" wide and 12-1/4" deep.
