Question:

Does my 2019 Toyota Tacoma SR 4 cylinder have the plug and play factory connector so that i can install your brake controller so that i can utilize the electric brakes on a camper? Thanks in advance.

The Toyota Tacoma is indeed prewired for a brake controller. The factory connector is located behind the kick panel to the right of the driver's side foot well.

The # 3031-P wiring harness you'd looked at is the correct brake controller harness for installing a Tekonsha, Draw-Tite or Reese brake controller in your 2019 Toyota Tacoma.

If you didn't have a particular brake controller in mind, I'd recommend the Tekonsha Primus, part # TK90160. The Primus is a moderately priced controller that's very easy to use that works very well.
