what is the best suspension kit I can get for my 2022 Ford F-350? I don't want ride to be too rough. will be towing 5th wheel.

For your 2022 Ford F-350 the best rear suspension enhancement we have is the RoadActive Suspension kit part # RAS3611-SLHD by far. This is only option that is easy to install, provides adjustable support, is basically maintenance-free, improves loaded an unloaded ride quality, and also improves stability.
Other options will provide additional support but will affect ride quality by making it harsher, install is more difficult, and require maintenance like monitoring air pressure.
