I'm looking for a new hitch for my 2022 Ford F-250. It has the factory hitch package with a 6-1/2' bed. I will be getting a 5th wheel and I want the best hitch for towing.

I recommend using the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550038 for your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the factory prep/puck system and the short bed. This autosliding hitch will work with no adapters required on most campers that use a standard 12" to 14" wide pin box.
For some cushioned pin boxes you will need the corresponding adapter plate for that pin box. Here is a list of the most common pin boxes that require an adapter.
