I have the original Thule Hullavator that used to fit on the square Thule bars. I purchased a set of 60 aeroblades. Which adapter kit should I purchase to fit on the new bars?

Thule never did come up with an aerobar solution for the older Thule Hullavator kayak carriers. At this point your solutions would be to go with the newer style of Hullavator part # TH898 or a set of Thule square bars for your 2021 Subaru Outback wagon part # TH712200. These bars will fit same feet that your Aeroblades fit so there would be no compatibility issues.
