I do have a front mount hitch that I recommend for your 2010 Ford F-150 and it will attach to the frame behind the tow hooks. If you were worried about the tow hooks needing to be removed for the installation, the Draw-Tite # 65061 does not require anything of the sort.
This is also a pretty quick and easy install that requires no drilling. However, it will require a little trimming of the front air dam/fascia to fit properly, but this is clearly laid out in the instructions to make it easier.

Lazer S Thank you just to confirm the 31038 will bolt up to my 2010 Ford F150 4x4. That is exactly what I am looking for. Just none of the specification listings show me the 2010 Ford year? If you say it will bolt up I'm good with that. Thank You, Danny
