For your 1995 Lincoln Town Car we have trailer wiring harnesses that are a confirmed fit like the Curt # C59496 which are universal style harnesses that require some splicing, but the kit you mentioned does not fit.

Hello, We got the C59496 but two shops said it was not compatible with our vehicle because our vehicle uses the same bulb for brake light and turn signals. Also that this one has a converter on it and should not have it. Do you have another suggestion? Thank you

@Bill Let me confirm a few things. First, your vehicle has only one bulb for brake and blinker. The trailer you are towing also only has one bulb for brake and blinker. That should be fine. The converter isolates the trailer from the tow vehicle. This is a good feature. What year/make/model tow vehicle do you have?
