Question:
Can I tow a 2016 town and county van on a road master RM 3477 tow dolly

According to the owner's manual, your 2016 Chrysler Town & Country can indeed be towed behind a motorhome using a tow dolly, but the # RM-2050-1 which replaced the RM 3477 tow dolly has a capacity of 4250 lbs which isn't enough capacity for the 4700 lb weight of the Town & Country.
The good news is that we do offer a tow dolly that will work. The Demco Kar Kaddy X, part # DM9713093 has a capacity up to 4800 lbs. The dolly offers a hydraulic disc brake system which won't require a brake controller. Disc brakes work better than electric drum brakes, so you'll have more reliable, better preforming brakes.
I'll link to a demonstration video for the # DM9713093 tow dolly.
