The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever - 1,250 lbs, part # TH43002XT-011EX, is compatible with your 2016 Toyota Tundra, provided you do not have the Deck Rail System. It comes with crossbars with t-channels, so you can use many of the channel mounted roof rack accessories that are available. You can install this ladder rack in your truck bed, without the use of a drill, in the stake pockets of your Toyota Tundra. It also comes with a cantilever, so you can carry extra long items on your ladder rack.
