How Does Stromberg Carlson Ladder Bike Rack Attach to RV Ladder

Question:
I do not see in any of the photos a view showing how the rack attaches to the ladder. Is there a hook to attach to a rung? How is the rack held in place so it does not shift or slide down on the ladder?

The Stromberg Carlson 2 Bike Carrier for RVs - Ladder Mount # LA-102 that you referenced uses two black brackets that hold it's vertical brackets to the upright vertical brackets of the ladder it attaches to. There are stops on the vertical brackets that prevent the pipe from slipping through and off of the ladder.
