Hi there, Id like to get a subwoofer in this bag that is 23 1/3inch high. Is the advertised height of the bag 24inch inside or outside dimensions? In your opinion would the bag stretch enough to cover the sub completely so as not to be exposed to rain? Thanks!

The 24 inch height of the cargo carrier bag # 988501 is the overall height but given that the bag is flexible I do not think you would have any issues getting a 23-1/3 inch tall item to fit. This bag is considered weatherproof, not waterproof, so given enough hard rain the contents could get a little wet. Going with an additional tarp over it like # EM56999 would help quite a bit, especially with electronics in the bag.
