In order to flat-tow your your 2021 Kia Soul with an automatic transmission, you will need base plates, a tow bar, a tow braking system, and vehicle tow wiring. Here's a setup of the following parts you need:

This setup will give you everything you need in order to flat-tow your 2021 Kia Soul with an automatic transmission.
