Question:

I have an 11foot F150 Supercrew shortbed with cap. I want to mount 2 sets of Hullavators on the cap. Do I need the Thule Probar Evo 69inch or 79inch to have the width needed? Whats your recommended rack for the cap knowing its only use will be for the hullavators? Cap is ARE stock, no existing rack or rails on roof.

Since the max crossbar width the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 can take up is 28-1/2 inches for a roof rack that fits your 2011 Ford F-150 that would work great is the 60 inch bar width Yakima Jetstream roof rack part numbers # Y00426, # Y00146, and # Y06168 which the Hullavator can fit into the top channels of and would easily accommodate both racks. This will install on the roof of the truck though. If you'd prefer a solution for the cap let me know.
