Parts Needed to 4-Way to 2019 Ram 5500 with Factory 7-Way

I have a 2019 ram 5500, I need a tee with a 4 flat pin like the C55381. the tee connectors on the one pictured look to be flat blade style while I have the round deutsch round terminals. Attached a pic of one connector.

To add a 4-way to your 2019 Ram 5500 you'd want to go with the part # 118384 which instead of plugging inline with the square connector would plug inline between the round connectors right behind the 7-way.
