I recently purchased a 2014 Audi Q5 used of course it has the bar but none of the receivers / hitches came with the car. I ordered what I think I need from you. What I need to know is what is the proper way to do put them on. When the parts are inserted in the bar what keeps them in place. Is there something else I need to order? Is there an instruction manual / sheet I can get?

If you check out the install video I attached to this page for a similar Stealth hitch you'll see in the beginning how the Stealth hitch inserts like # 391RR2 and # 391BMU7S install into the main hitch tube of the hitch. Nothing else would be needed to order.
