Height Above Crossbars of Thule Cantilever TH24001XT

Question:
How high does the support arm/bracket sit above the cross bars? Currently got about 3.5-4 inches clearance from the crossbar on my TracONE to my garage beam. Thanks!

The support arms/brackets will provide 2-1/2 inches of additional height for the Cantilever Extension for Thule Ladder Racks - 1,000 lbs - Compact Trucks # TH24001XT.
So you will have just enough room to use the Cantilever # TH24001XT and still fit in your garage.
